Our capabilities.

We run an industrial grade CNC machine with a 12kw spindle and 8 position automatic tool changer. Combined with a seperate 8 tool drilling head (32mm system), we can achieve one of the fastest cycle times in the South East.

Machining of stock up to X 2500mm x Y 1250mm
(All metric and imperially sized 8'x4' sheets)

The maximum height of material we can machine

Machining of stock to Z 75mm

Routing and drilling stock to tolerance of ±0.2mm

A sheet of 18mm moisture resistant MDF being machined

If it's a sheet material
we supply it, we machine it.

MDF: Medium density fibreboard in thicknesses 6mm to 30mm and in the full range of variants to include Moisture Resistant, Fire Resistant, Melamine faced, Exterior grade, Valchromat, Hidrofugo
Plywood: In thicknesses 6mm to 25mm and varities to include Birch faced, Poplar / Tulip, lightweight, Exterior grade, Marine grade, WBP, Phenolic faced, MDF faced

And a wide range of other sheet goods

We can rout, drill and mitre fold most plastics, composites and gypsum boards to include LDPE, HDPE, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, GRP, Carbon fibre, Corian, Aluminium composite, Gypsum boards

We're ready to work with you, regardless of whether you've worked with CNC routing before. Working from Sevenoaks, Kent we're ideally positioned to serve London and the South East.

I have drawings: We can generate toolpaths directly from DWG / DXF drawings from AutoCad or other drafting software, and can supply or program a postprocessor for most proprietary cabinet design tooling.
I need help: We can work from as little as a sketch and some measurements. Whether it's a one off bracket, or a whole bespoke kitchen, we can take you from idea to machining.
